The Case Vacanza Solemare are about a hundred houses and apartments in a vast region, inserted into the various residential areas of Villasimius. They are simply and stylishly furnished and according to the taste of each owner. The houses are arranged in rows and have two levels, equipped with a small patio or terrace with table and chairs. All apartments have a small grill.
The first services such as bars, restaurants and supermarket, easily reachable on foot, are situated about 500 meters from the apartments. All other services such as bank, post office, chemist's shop and shops are located 200-1200 meters, in the center of the country.

The Case Vacanza Solemare are situated in Villasimius, on the southeastern coast of Sardinia; 45 km from the port of Cagliari and 55 km from Cagliari-Elmas airport.
Once you reach Villasimius, you will see the petrol station Agip, on the right, which you pass and then turn left. You arrive at an intersection with a stone with the inscription "Villasimius" and turn left. Continue 20 meters and take the first road to the right. Continue straight (the road becomes steeper) until the road ends and turn right. After 50 meters you will find in front of you the reception.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
Following penalty charges will apply:
- for cancellations made within 31 before check-in, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made within 30 to 21 days before check-in, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made within 20 to 8 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made within 7 to 0 days before check-in and no-show, will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY COSTS TO SETTLE ON ARRIVAL
- Weekly Forfeit: Euro 48,00 per person (children from 0 to 6 years free of charge); it includes electricity, water, gas, linen (weekly change must be made by the customer by the reception), TV, 24 hours assistance on site;
- Check-out cleaning: per apartment TWO-ROOM APARTMENT Euro 60,00 THREE-ROOM APARTMENT Euro 65,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal must be made by the customer otherwise supplement of Euro 70,00;
- Deposit: Euro 200,00 to be paid on arrival, refundable at departure after checking the status of the apartment.
OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES
- Bathroom linen: available on rental 8,00 Euro per person per set (the set includes a towel and a shower towel). Kitchen linen not available;
- Air conditioning: Euro 50,00 per week on request by booking, but not guaranteed;
- Baby cot: Euro 25,00 per week;
- Small pets allowed free, not in public areas, on request by booking;
- Garage: Euro 30,00 per week, bookable on site only according to the available places;

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays. Apartments will be delivered from 17.00 to 20.00.
NIGHT RECEPTION
- Arrivals after 20:00 p.m. will be agreed compulsorily with the property. Free arrivals until 22:00 p.m.
- For arrivals from 22:00 p.m. to 02:00 p.m. there is a charge of Euro 40.00 per apartment. Arrivals after 02:00 p.m. will be welcomed the next morning at the opening of the office
