Pasquale, the owner, makes his work a passion, and easily available to customers, you will discover the ancient tastes with its own kitchen, he can give you any information on the ground, to transmit the passion for the culture of Sardinia, for the typical products.
The typical house Sa Muredda, dates back to the early 900 newly renovated and adapted to current safety standards. The structure, built with local materials such as wood and stone walls, a lovely garden, with species of the Mediterranean, full of amphoras and rural items, the small courtyard paved with basalt stones. The exterior reflects the style of the interior, in anticipation of the interest and care for the craft, which is confirmed in the furniture and utensils of daily life. Batiks on the walls have been perfectly choosen according to the style of the house.
Meals served in a pleasant room, kitchen and dining room, furnished with tables and chairs in wood, the fire in fireplace create ideal atmosphere.
All the generosity and care for the dishes prepared entirely by Pasquale, the owner.

Sa Muredda is located in the center of Villanovaforru, very nice village of Marmilla, Medio Campidano.
It is easy to reach from the main roads of the island.
From Cagliari: 55 km along the S.S. 131 to the junction of Villanovaforru 6 km, 45 minute from Airport Cagliari-Elmas, driving the SS 131.
From Sassari: 170 km along the S.S. 131 to the junction of Villanovaforru 6 km.
From Olbia: 220 km along the Olbia-Nuoro S.S. 125 then take the S.S. 131 to the junction of Villanovaforru.
Once you reach the town, just follow the numerous signs Typical House Sa Muredda.

Payment Policy
12% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property. The balance payment should be done by credit card VISA or MASTERCARD.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
Daily room cleaning, bed linen and bath towels are changed twice a week.

Child Policy
Supplements for children sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 1 year: free of charge;
- Children from 2 to 12 years in third and fourth bed: Euro 20,00 per day; 50% discount on the Half board.
