Villa Palma is located in the residential complex of Torre delle Stelle on Sardinia south eastern coast, at around 35 km from Cagliari, in a very green area overlooking white sandy beach and a incredibly clear water. This excellent location will make your stay a relaxing, peaceful and unforgettable holiday; this part of the south coast enjoys a very good weather all the year round and, thanks to its sandy beaches and its sea - which gets deeper gradually - it is the ideal solution for families with children. Windsurf across the crystal clear water, snorkel round the rocky headlands, or just swim languidly in the warm waters. Southern Sardinia offers a superb selection of activities including horse riding, tennis, diving, water-skiing and sailing. Semi detached villa on 2 levels: small lawned garden, living room with fireplace, cooking facilities, always on this level there is a shower bathroom and a courtyard with BBQ and outside shower. Via a spiral staircase of 16 steps you arrive on the first floor including a master bedroom with balcony, 1 twin bedroom, 1 room with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower. FEATURES OF THE VILLA: Sleeps: 6, Bedrooms: 3, Shower bathroom: 2, Villa: approx 90m2, Beach: approx 280m, Shops and dining at: approx 100m. Opening season: 26 March - 29 October. This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays (in August 14 nights).
Drive on SS554 towards Muravera for about 10 km, then turn right at the exit for SS125. Keep driving for about 7 km, when you arrive at the roundabout take the first exit to SP96. Now follow the way to Villasimius and after a 8 km scenic road (SP17) you will arrive at Torre delle Stelle.

Payment Policy
50% of the total amount will be charged on the provided credit card at time of booking, as confirmation deposit. Balance amount is due 45 days before check-in. Accepted credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation within 61 days before check-in 25% of the total booking will be charged. Between 60 and 31 days before check-in 50% of the total booking cancellation charge. From 30 days up to arrival date, No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
Extra charge to settle on property
- Refundable caution money Euro 500,00, it may be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa & Mastercard);
- Weekly Forfait charge of Euro 150,00 including gas, bed and bath linen, pool and garden maintenance, check-out cleaning (kitchen excluded);
- Water supply: water supply and septic tunk are subject to Euro 6,00 per cubic metre charge (meter check upon check-in and check-out);
- Electricity: electricity is subject to Euro 0,20 per Kw charge (meter check upon check-in and check-out);
- Kitchen cleaning: should the tenant fail to leave the kitchen clean and tidy a charge of Euro 50,00 will apply.
Extra services
- Maid service: Euro 15,00 per hour;
- Extra bat linen: Euro 13,00 per person;
- Baby Cot: Euro 30,00 per week;
- Baby High Chair: Euro 30,00 per week;
- Extra bed and small pets: upon request;
- Welcome Kit: Euro 30,00 including mineral water, milk, nescafè, teabags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, butter, jam, ham, cheese, crisps and biscuits.
Arrivals & Departures
- Arrivals are on saturdays only, unless otherwise agreed;
- Minimum stays of one week are required, 2 weeks minimum in August;
- Check-in time is between 15:00 & 17:00 on the day of arrival;
- Arrivals between 17:00 & 22:00 (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) extra charge of Euro 25,00;
- Arrivals after 22:00 or on sundays (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) extra charge of Euro 50,00;
- Check-out time by 10:00.
