Important information
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that heating and air conditioning come at a surcharge. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site 15 Euro /person stay .
Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
