The Residenza Locci is the ideal place for a quiet vacation, assuring total privacy and relax.
It has 10 apartments elegantly furnished and equipped with every comfort. La Residenza Locci is located in the heart of Teulada (CA); the town offers many pleasant possibilities such as shops, restaurants, supermarket, equestrian center, diving center, boat rental, jet skis, boat trips, archaeological and speleological tours, wonderful free or equipped beaches.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
The reception will be open daily from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 20.00.
The apartment will be delivered from 16.00 to 20.00 (For arrivals after this time it is necessary to advise at time of booking).
The check-out is no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure (After this time the daily rate will be applied as penalty).
