The Antica Dimora del Gruccione is a 17th century mansion of Spanish design, entirely made of stone with arches, barrelled ceilings, wooden beams and ancient wrought iron throughout the structure, and furnished with confortable original antiques, many from the family of the owner.
Located in the historical center of Santu Lussurgiu, a medieval village rich in traditions that is situated on Montiferru, a beautiful mountain region in the province of Oristano, the Antica Dimora del Gruccione is an "albergo diffuso" (distributed hotel).
This innovative style of the hotel is designed to protect the characteristics of the existing ancient houses by utilizing their existing structure rather than destroying and rebuilding the houses as hotel space. The central reception is located in the main mansion, and rooms are restored keeping the original design but with modern connivances.
The Hotel L'Antica Dimora del Gruccione is in Santu Lussurgiu. From Alghero, Porto Torres and Olbia take the SS 131 until the exit for Abbasanta Santu Lussurgiu. From Cagliari and Oristano, take the SS 131 until the exit for Tramatza.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Child Policy
Children reductions sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 2 years: free of charge sharing the bed with parents. Baby cot: Euro 10,00 per day (on request, to settle on property);
- Children from 3 to 11 years: 50% reduction on adult's rate.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
