The hotel Nicoletta is in Santa Maria Navarrese, the sea town of the Comune of Baunei in the region of Ogliastra on the Sardinia's east coast. Ogliastra appears as a great amphitheater turned toward the sea, with to its shoulders the Supramonte and the Gennargentu.
From Olbia: drive on the SS131 DCN following the directions to Nuoro-Cagliari for about 50 km; then take the route to Orosei-Dorgali and keep driving towards Baunei-Santa Maria Navarrese.
From Cagliari: drive on the SS125 following the directions to Muravera-Tortolì for the main part of the route. Once you pass the town of Tortolì, Santa Maria Navarrese is only 9 km far away.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- Cancellations until 30 days before the arrival date: no penalty;
- Cancellations from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty;
- Cancellations from 14 to 0 days before the arrival date, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty.

Children reductions when sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 2 years: free of charge sharing the parent's bed. Baby cot (on request): Euro 5,00 per day from 01/05 to 03/07 and from 29/08 to 23/10, Euro 8,00 per day from 04/07 to 31/07, Euro 10,00 per day from 01/08 to 28/08 (to settle on property);
- Children from 3 to 10 years: 40% reduction on adult's rate from 01/05 to 03/07 and from 29/08 to 23/10; 25% reduction on adult's rate from 04/07 to 28/08.
