Lanthia Resort is situated along the central-east coast of Sardinia right at the end of Golfo di Orosei within the beautiful and uncontaminated area of Ogliastra. The landscape stretches amidst imposing mountains in the background and pristine seawater, with the typical colours of thid area of the Mediterranean.
The nearest beach is only 50 meters from Lanthia Resort, however the most beautiful and enchantig coves of Cala Goloritze', Cala Mariolu, Cala Sisine and Cala Luna are reachable by boat trips departing everyday from the nearby Marina. The thick, green mountainous landscape may be explored through trekking and bike trails, horseback or off-road vehicles. Here the traditions, culture and cuisine are not yet fully made up with others from around the world, so you can discover unexpected flavors and routes.
Alternatively, a lazy moment may be spent by the overflow pool surrounded by the huge Resort's park.

Lanthia Resort is located in Santa Maria Navarrese seafront, the popular Baunei subdivision, at about 150 km from Olbia or Cagliari airports and harbours.
From Olbia: drive on SS131 DCN following directions to Nuoro-Cagliari for about 50 km; then take the route to Orosei-Dorgali and keep driving towards Baunei-Santa Maria Navarrese.
From Cagliari: drive on SS125 following the directions to Muravera-Tortolì for the main part of your route. Once you pass the town of Tortolì, Santa Maria Navarrese is only 9 km far away.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Child Policy
Supplements for children when sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 2 years: Euro 20,00 per day, meals to pay on property upon consumption;
- Children from 3 to 10 years: Euro 70,00 per day from 01/05 to 05/06, Euro 80,00 per day from 06/06 to 02/07 and from 30/08 to 28/09, Euro 90,00 per day from 06/07 to 29/08 with breakfast; the half board supplement of Euro 40,00 per day has to be paid entirely.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
