Carefully selected in order to ensure every comfort, the apartments of Sole Residenze are simple, but well finished and comfortable, and scattered in the pretty village of San Teodoro. They are set in cottages or small apartment blocks, from 500 to 1700 metres from the beach, are equipped with TV and feature a garden, if located on the ground floor, or a patio or balcony, if on the first floor, equipped with garden table and chairs.
In San Teodoro, from 300 to 900 metres away, there are several services, such as supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, tobacconists, newsagents, pharmacies, boutiques, emergency medical service, discos, boat rental, etc., and it will be possible to practice different sports: soccer, tennis, bocce. Nearby it is also possible to rent bicycles, scooters and cars.
On the beach, however, you can rent sun umbrellas, deck-chairs and sunbeds and do various water sports.

The apartments of Sole Residenze are scattered in the village of San Teodoro, from 300 to 900 metres from the centre and about 27 km from Olbia port and airport.
From Olbia port and airport: Take the SS125 following the signs to San Teodoro.
Payment Policy
15% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 3 nights.
Check-in and delivery of the keys take place from 17.00 to 20.00 at the estate agency located in Via Sardegna 1. A staff member will lead you then to your accommodation.
Guests are requested to give advance notice, by telephone, about their time of arrival.

Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Service forfeit (compulsory from 2 years): Euro 35,00 per person per week for on-site assistance, consumptions and final cleaning; or Euro 46,00 per person per week, that include also bed linen and towels with weekly change. The service forfeit is entirely due also for stays of less than one week. Cleaning of kitchenette, dishes and kitchen kits is upon guest's care, otherwise a supplement of Euro 25,00 will be applied;
- Deposit Euro 100,00 per apartment.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Rental of bed linen and towels: Euro 11,00 per person per change;
- Small pets (admitted on request): Euro 50,00 per stay;
- Extra bed: not available;
