Residenze Monte Petrosu, 1200 meters from the sea, is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing and quiet holiday, without renouncing to the pleasures of the evenings in San Teodoro, just a few minutes drive, with its picturesque market in the square and the various clubs and discos.
The property is surrounded by lawns and hedges with a central pool.
The apartments, all with independent entrance, are placed in multi-family houses. They are elegantly furnished, equipped with garden with veranda if on the ground floor or with large covered veranda if on the first floor; they have TV color and washing machine.
Services: swimming pool (open from 23/05 to 19/09), reception, Wi-Fi service at the reception, private unattended parking. In the neighborhoods you can find supermarket, bar, tobacco shop; in San Teodoro post office, emergency medical care, laundry, boutiques, nightclubs, craft shops etc. Possibility of daily cleaning of the apartment (excluded kitchenette- to be paid on property).

Opening season: 30/04 - 01/10.
Residence La Tartaruga is located about 20 km south from Olbia, not far from the exclusive Costa Smeralda.
From Olbia: take the SS125 towards Nuoro and continue for about 18 km until you arrive in the locality "Monte Petrosu".

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO BE SETTLED ON PROPERTY
- Service forfeit: Euro 35,00 per person per week, Euro 20,00 per child from 3 to 11 years old, free of charge per babies up to 2 years old (completed) for electricity, water and gas consumptions;
- Final cleaning: Euro 70,00 per apartment (cleaning of kitchenette is upon guests' care, or there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00);
- Deposit: Euro 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, for any damage or misuse of the property. In case of departure during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests’ home address.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (to require at booking time)
- Daily maid service: Three-rooms Apartment 4 Euro 18,00; Three-rooms Apartment 5 Euro 20,00; Three-rooms Apartment 6 Euro 20,00;
- Baby cot/Extra bed (5th): Euro 40,00 per week;
- Pets: small pets admitted, except at beach and common areas, Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning.
- Bed linen and towels: Euro 15,00 per person per week (upon request);
- Transfer from/to port/airport (for 2 people): Euro 30,00 each way per person; 20% surcharge from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM; surcharge of Euro 10,00 from/to Golfo Aranci port.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires:
- minimum stays of 7 nights;
- reservations within 3 days before the check-in date.
Arrivals after 20.00 o'clock must be agreed in advance with the property.
For arrivals after 20.00 o'clock not previously agreed with the property, there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00 to settle on property.
