Residence SardegnaSummer Li Cuppulati is located in a residential area, not far from the center of San Teodoro and the beautiful beach of La Cinta.
Recently renovated and managed directly by the owners, the property consists of small villas, each one with five apartments, surrounded by gardens with lawn. At guests' disposal there are barbecue areas and laundry areas. Care and attention are guaranteed by the owners and by the staff of the residence.
The apartments, furnished with great attention to detail to ensure maximum comfort and make guests feel at home, can comfortably accommodate from 4 to 6 people and can be located on the first floor or on the ground floor. They are composed of living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed (consisting of two single beds), double bedroom, twin bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, private bathroom with shower, and feature Wi-Fi Internet connection (upon payment), LCD-TV, microwave, large veranda for exclusive use covered and furnished for outdoor dining.
Upon request are also available two-rooms apartments, with just one bedroom.

Residence SardegnaSummer Li Cuppulati is located in San Teodoro, not far from the village centre and from the beach of La Cinta, and about 27 km from Olbia port and airport.

From Olbia: take the SS131 Bis or the SS125 following the signs to Nuoro and then to San Teodoro.

From Alghero and Sassari: take the SS131 towards Cagliari and then the high speed road to Olbia. From Olbia take the SS131 Bis or the SS125 following the signs to Nuoro and then to San Teodoro.

From Cagliari: take the SS131 northwards until Abbasanta, then follow the signs to Nuoro and then to San Teodoro (SS131 Bis).

Payment Policy

15% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Final cleaning: Euro 70,00 per apartment per week. Kitchenette and fridge cleaning upon guest's care or a supplement of Euro 50,00 will apply;

- Deposit: Euro 250,00, refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred.
