Residence Oasi Blu is adjacent to Residence Oasi Standard and is located near the famous beach of La Cinta (about 1100 metres), but at the same time next to the village centre (400 metres). It is surrounded by green spaces carefully kept, alternating with pretty paths and shaded areas.
Its 10 apartments, furnished with taste and functionality, are distributed in two housing complexes and can be located on the ground floor or on the first floor with sea view. They all feature private entrance, sat-TV, Wi-Fi Internet connection, washing machine, kitchenette with dishes and cookware, patio with garden or covered veranda equipped with table and chairs.
The property offers to its guests a shared barbecue.

Residence Oasi Blu is located in San Teodoro, 1,1 km from the beach of La Cinta, 400 metres from the village centre and about 27 km from Olbia port and airport.
From Olbia: take the SS131 Bis or the SS125 following the signs to Nuoro and then to San Teodoro.
From Alghero and Sassari: take the SS131 towards Cagliari and then the high speed road to Olbia. From Olbia take the SS131 Bis or the SS125 following the signs to Nuoro and then to San Teodoro.
From Cagliari: take the SS131 northwards until Abbasanta, then follow the signs to Nuoro and then to San Teodoro (SS131 Bis).

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- Cancellations until 29 days before the arrival date: no penalty;
- Cancellations from 28 to 21 days before the arrival date: 25% penalty;
- Cancellations from 20 to 8 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty;
- Cancellations from 7 to 2 days before the arrival date: 75% penalty;
- Cancellations 1 day before the arrival date: 90% penalty;
- Cancellations on the arrival date, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Deposit: Euro 200,00 per apartment, to settle on arrival and refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse has incurred;
- Penalty for kitchenette and kitchenware left dirty: Euro 30,00;
- Penalty for particularly dirty apartment: Euro 30,00;
- Penalty for particularly dirty, damaged or not returned linen sets: Euro 30,00.
