Porto Coda Cavallo Residence is located in the wonderful Bay of Capo Coda Cavallo, just 6 km from San Teodoro. Capo Coda Cavallo is a small peninsula opposite the island of Tavolara and is part of the Marine Protected Area of Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo. It is a small paradise surrounded by white beaches and a clear and turquoise sea.
The Residence is located, strategically, in the middle of Capo Coda Cavallo and overlooks the bay to the south of the peninsula, but, at the same time, it is set a few hundred meters from the beaches of the northern side.
The property consists of delightful terraced apartments surrounded by greenery and built in Mediterranean style. The housing units can be on the ground floor or on the first floor, and are all equipped with an outdoor area, like a balcony or a veranda, furnished with table and chairs, and TV.
The beaches are within walking distance, from 600 to 800 meters away, although within 2 km you will find some of the most beautiful and charming beaches of Sardinia, like Cala Brandinchi (known as Tahiti beach) and Punta Est.
Porto Coda Cavallo Residence features an unattended internal parking, spaces in the covered parking (upon request and payment), a reception, and a commercial area, situated in the characteristic octagonal square, with bars, drugstore, supermarket, ice cream parlor, laundry, tobacconist and newsstand (the opening does not depend on the residence and is therefore not guaranteed).
Upon payment are also available diving center with diving courses, lighted soccer field and tennis court, bikes, canoes and rafts rental.

Porto Coda Cavallo Residence is located in the Bay of Capo Coda Cavallo, just 6 km from San Teodoro and about 22 km from Olbia port and airport.
From Olbia port and airport: Take the SS125 following the signs to San Teodoro and then to Località Capo Coda Cavallo.
Payment Policy
15% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 3 nights from 30/04 to 06/08 and from 27/08 to 16/10, and minimum stays of 7 nights from 06/08 to 27/08.
The delivery of the keys takes place at Centro Servizi Salina Bamba, in Località Coda Cavallo, from 17.00 to 20.00 o'clock.
In case of arrivals during non-office hours, guests should give notice at booking time or some time earlier.
For arrivals (with notice) within 24.00 o'clock there will be a supplement of Euro 25,00, after 24.00 o'clock a supplement of Euro 50,00. In case of arrivals during non-office hours without notice, however, guests may not take possession of the apartment until the following day.

Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Service forfeit (compulsory from 3 years): Euro 25,00 per person per week for on-site assistance and consumptions (entirely due also for stays of less than one week);
- Final cleaning: Euro 60,00 per apartment. Cleaning of kitchenette, dishes and kitchen kits is upon guest's care, otherwise a supplement of Euro 35,00 will be applied;
- Deposit Euro 150,00 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay, for any damage or misuse of the property. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded to the guests's home address.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Rental of bed linen: Euro 15,00 for double bed set, Euro 10,00 for single bed set;
- Rental of towels: Euro 10,00 per person per change;
- Small pets (admitted on request): Euro 63,00 per stay;
- Extra bed: not available;
- Baby cot: Euro 5,00 per day (no supplement for baby cot brought by the guest; max. 1 per apartment);
- Transfer from Olbia airport: Euro 60,00 for 1-3 people, Euro 90,00 for 4-8 people. Surcharge Olbia port: Euro 15,00 each way. From 21.00 to 7.00 20% surcharge. Prices are intended one way.
