Situated in the tourist spot of Porto Taverna, renowned for its beautiful beaches facing the Island of Tavolara, the Residence Hotel Lu Nibareddu blends perfectly in with the unspoiled surroundings of a sea of countless shades of blue - the thriving scrub with its numerous bushes of juniper, from which the name of the Residence derives. The various apartments and villas are located close to all primary facilities and places of entertainment and at the same time affording the privacy needed for a quiet holiday. All the villas have sea or panoramic view and most of the rooms have a telephone. The complex of buildings goes from the beach to a slope of a characteristic hill of junipers and flowers. They are conveniently located next the "hearth" of the village where you can find the restaurant/pizzeria, swimming pool, tennis court, 5 a side football field and a small theater. A snack bar and a restaurant for lunch are situated directly on the beach. During high season tournaments and shows are organized in the centre of the village.

Hotel Lu Nibareddu is situated in the north east of Sardinia on the hill that overlooks the Porto Taverna bay, it faces the islands of the natural park of Tavolara and Molara; it is about 20 km from the south of Olbia and not far from the exclusive Costa Smeralda.

From Olbia: take the coastal state road SS125 towards Nuoro and continue for about 18 km until you arrive in the locality "Monte Petrosu"; after that, turn left and follow the road signs to “Residence Hotel Lu Nibareddu”.

Payment Policy

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Child Policy

Children reduction sharing the room with two adults:

- Children from 0 to 2 years: free of charge, meals according to consumption;

- Children from 3 to 8 years: 40% reduction on the adult rate.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the following penalty charges will be applied:

- for cancellations made from 14 days until 1 day before the arrival: 30% of the total amount will be charged;

- for cancellations made the day of arrival and no-shows: 50% of the total amount will be charged;

- for earlier departures: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

- Room cleaning every two days;

- Shuttle service to the beach from 01/06 to 30/09;

- Uso of swimming pool from 12/04 to 24/10;

- Sat-TV with international channels;

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

Deposit: Euro 100,00 (cash) refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse has incurred.

 

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Small pets: Euro 35,00 per pet;

- Air conditioner in apartments with sea view: consumption-based payment;

- Meals surcharge (drinks excluded): Euro 15,00 per person per day, Euro 7,50 Children 3-8 years old from  12/04 to 07/07 and from 26/08 to 24/10; Euro 17,00 per person per day, Euro 8,50 Children 3-8 years old from 08/07 to 25/08.

- Five-a-side soccer field and tennis court: Euro 5,00 per hour;

- Cleaning of kitchenette (if not cleaned): Euro 35,00;

- Beach service (sunbeds and sun umbrellas): Euro 7,00 per piece per day from 01/07 to 31/08; Euro 5,00 per piece per day in the remaining periods;

- Transfer from/to Olbia port/airport (for 2 people): Euro 30,00 each way from 8.00 to 22.59; Euro 50,00 each way from 23.00 to 7.59.

Policy Check-in/Check-out

This property requires minimum stays of 5 nights from 22/07 to 04/08, and minimum stays of 7 nights from 05/08 to 18/08.

For arrivals after 10.00 pm, to be notified at booking time: Euro 20,00 supplement.
