It's possible to move easily with bikes provided by the B&B to reach the sea, go to the market or go shopping in downtown of San Teodoro.

The property consists of rooms divided into: double, twin, single rooms equipped with air conditioning and TV, with private bath in each room, private parking inside the yard.The B&B Le Dune offers its guests transfer to and from airport and port of Olbia, rental cars, scooters and advantageous agreements with local restaurants and pizzerias.

From Olbia: follow the signs to Cagliari-Sassari-Nuoro and then take the SS 131 towards Nuoro, exit San Teodoro. At the roundabout sign, take the left road (SS 125) and go to San Teodoro turning right after about 2 km. Alternatively, you can reach San Teodoro through the SS 125, a scenic coastal road.

From Nuoro: take the SS 131 direction north towards Olbia, exit San Teodoro.

From Cagliari and Oristano: take the SS 131 direction north to Abbasanta, then follow the direction Nuoro (131 bis) - Olbia-San Teodoro.

Payment Policy

12% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property. The balance payment should be done by cash only.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
