Appartamenti Tutti al Mare are three apartments set in a recently built, coloured and characteristic housing complex, located 200 metres from the centre of San Teodoro and about 1,5 km from the beach of La Cinta.
The apartments, furnished in a pleasant and functional way, can be located on the first floor, with equipped veranda, or on the ground floor, with large garden, and feature reserved parking space, equipped kitchenette and washing machine.

Spoken languages: Italian, English, French.

Opening season: 03 April - 31 October.

Appartamenti Tutti al Mare are located in San Teodoro, 1,5 km from the beach of La Cinta, 200 metres from the village centre and about 27 km from Olbia port and airport.

From Olbia: take the SS131 Bis or the SS125 following the signs to Nuoro and then to San Teodoro.

From Alghero and Sassari: take the SS131 towards Cagliari and then the high speed road to Olbia. From Olbia take the SS131 Bis or the SS125 following the signs to Nuoro and then to San Teodoro.

From Cagliari: take the SS131 northwards until Abbasanta, then follow the signs to Nuoro and then to San Teodoro (SS131 Bis).

Payment Policy

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

- Cancellations until 29 days before the arrival date: no penalty;

- Cancellations from 28 to 21 days before the arrival date: 25% penalty;

- Cancellations from 20 to 8 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty;

- Cancellations from 7 to 2 days before the arrival date: 75% penalty;

- Cancellations 1 day before the arrival date: 90% penalty;

- Cancellations on the arrival date, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty.

Property Policy

THE PRICE INCLUDES: Electricity, water and gas consumptions, final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette, upon guest's care).

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Deposit: Euro 200,00 per apartment, to settle on arrival and refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse has incurred;

- Penalty for kitchenette and kitchenware left dirty: Euro 30,00;

- Penalty for particularly dirty apartment: Euro 30,00;

- Penalty for particularly dirty, damaged or not returned linen sets: Euro 30,00.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- 6th person in Three-rooms apartment: Euro 35,00 per week;

- Linen (bed linen and towels): Euro 15,00 per person per change;

- Baby cot (linen included): Euro 7,00 per day;

- High chair: Euro 3,00 per day;

- Daily cleaning of the apartment: Euro 15,00 per hour;

- Daily babysitting service: Euro 20,00 per hour (at night on request);

- Microwave: Euro 7,00 per day;
