In San Teodoro, in a graceful and charming village situated on a hill of the Gallura area, the Agriturismo Tenuta Le Terre 1927 is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday among the beauties of the landscape and the oeno-gastronomic delicacies of renowned Sardinia. Guests can reach in a few minutes the countless beaches of San Teodoro and Budoni. You can admire beautiful and spectacular natural sceneries, such as the protected Marine Area of Tavolara and the lagoon. The centre of San Teodoro, situated near the property, offers the possibility to take a walk and to visit the evening market.
The agriturismo consists of 9 rooms and 2 independent villas, agriturismo, Club House and stables. The rooms are equipped with every comfort, designed and decorated by the owner with taste and elegance. They are different from each other and equipped with air-conditioning and heating with individual control, telephone, mini-bar, safe, satellite TV, linen, private bathroom with shower, hair dryer and free internet. Daily cleaning service.
The two charming and elegant independent villas have two bedrooms, living room, bathroom and a spacious veranda with sitting area.
At the restaurant, where high quality is always guaranteed, you can enjoy a tasty breakfast or a fine dinner. The indoor dining room with soft lighting will welcome you with typical dishes of local cuisine, prepared with garden products. In addition, during the summer, you can dine on the veranda, enjoying the magical atmosphere created by the romantic landscape. The Agriturismo Tenuta Le Terre 1927 is open year-round by appointment also for outside guests. The property has no architectural barriers and pets are allowed at no extra charge.
The project of educational farm is active for children during the school year. The property organizes all kinds of events (wedding banquets, meetings, receptions and exhibitions).

The Agriturismo Tenuta Le Terre 1927 is easily accessible from Olbia, driving on the SS 131 until junction to San Teodoro. Onto the SS 125, follow the signs to Budoni. After about 4 km turn right and follow the signs to the Borgata Schifoni. Go on for 800 metres.

Payment Policy
12% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property. The balance payment should be done by credit card VISA and MASTERCARD.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
