In the village everything is within walking distance. In the pretty center of Posada and in the magnificent medieval old town, indeed, there are bars and cocktail bars with live music, ice cream shops, wine bars, craft shops and several boutiques, as well as supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, pastry shop, tobacconist and shops selling fishing equipment.
A few kilometers away there is the possibility of mooring and rent rafts and motor boats and sailboats. There are also school of sport fishing and deep sea fishing, sailing, surfing and kitesurfing courses bookable with outside staff (upon payment), riding stable, sports center with illuminated soccer field with synthetic grass, three tennis courts, beach volleyball.
Nearby there are beaches that offer the possibility to rent sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Characterized by a centuries-old pine grove and fine white sand, the cliff draws north-east of the port of Posada - La Caletta hidden coves, with crystal clear waters, easy to reach. In the village there is also a beach dedicated to animals.
Posada is located 45 km from Olbia port and airport, 55 km from Golfo Aranci port, 35 km from the Gulf of Orosei and 30 km from San Teodoro.

From Olbia airport: take the SS131 DCN towards Cagliari/Nuoro and, after 37 km, the exit to Posada. Take the SS125, after 3 km turn left onto the SP24 following the signs to La Caletta, and after 240 metres turn right onto Via Spano.

Payment Policy

15% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
