Residence Il Borgo is a new aparthotel in typical Sardinian style with colourful low buildings, covered with stone, granite rocks and wrought iron; it is located only 400/800 mt. from several white sandy beacheas. Gardens with blooming arches and pedestrian pathways connect the apartments and the swimming pool (exclusive use for VIP apartments).
Porto San Paolo is a beautiful seaside resort with shops, cafe, restaurants, clubs and pubs, which offer the tourists different entertainment possibilities. What's more, the residence stands in front of the amazing island of Tavolara an important naturalistic park. The apartments are wide and comfortably furnished; they all have a washing machine, iron (on demand), TV with digital decoder, an equipped veranda on the first floor or an equipped patio on the ground floor.
The VIP apartments allow to use of the equipped swimming pool (available beach umbrellas and chaises-longues with limited assortment) which would be open from 04th june to 24th September.

Residence Il Borgo is located in Porto San Paolo, a lively summer resort a few Km south of Olbia and right in front of the Natural Park of the Island of Tavolara.
From Olbia: drive on SS125 direction Nuoro untill you reach the locality of Porto San Paolo.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- Until 31 days before the arrival: no penalty
- From 30 to 18 days before the arrival: 30% penalty
- From 17 to 10 days before the arrival: 50% penalty
- From 9 to 8 days before the arrival: 75% penalty
- From 7 to 0 days before the arrival, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Weekly forfait: Two-rooms Flat 4 Euro 100,00; Three-rooms Flat 5 and Three-rooms Flat 6 Euro 130,00; Three-rooms Flat 6 DS and Three-rooms Flat 6 DS VIP Euro 160,00 per apartment. It includes electricity, water and gas consumptions, washing machine, TV, wireless internet connection, parking and small secretarial services for guests;
- Final cleaning: Two-rooms Flat 4 Euro 70,00; Three-rooms Flat 5 and Three-rooms Flat 6 Euro 85,00; Three-rooms Flat 6 DS and Three-rooms Flat 6 DS VIP Euro 95,00. Cleaning of kitchenette is upon guests' care, or there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00;
- Deposit: Euro 200,00, refundable at the end of the stay, for any damage or misuse of the property. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests's home address;
- Tourist Tax.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request at booking time)
- Daily cleaning (kitchenette excluded): Two-rooms Flat 4 Euro 20,00, Three-rooms Flat 5 Euro 25,00, Three-rooms Flat 6 Euro 35,00;
- Linen and towels: bed linen Euro 10,00 per person per change; bath towels Euro 15,00 per person per change;
- Beach towel: Euro 5,00 per towel;
- Baby cot (0-2 years): Euro 30,00 per week, free of charge if brought by the guest;
- Sky TV-decoder hire: Euro 25,00 per week (only decoder, without card);
- Pets: Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning;
- Transfer from Olbia airport or port: Euro 30,00 per person (minimum 2 people). From 10.00 pm to 06.00 am 20% surcharge. Surcharge Golfo Aranci port: Euro 6,00 per car. Prices are intended one way.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights, with arrivals and departures on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, from 13/06 to 12/09, and minimum stays of 5 nights, with arrivals and departures every day, from 25/04 to 13/06 and from 12/09 to 10/10.
Arrivals after 20.00 o'clock must be communicated in advance to the property, otherwise reception can't be guaranteed. For arrivals after office hours without notice, there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00.
