The Relais Fenicottero Rosa is a two storey building furnished with typical Mediterranean style elegant furnishings. The spacious hotel rooms have either a balcony or a patio area and all come with a sitting area, a private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, air conditioning, heating, telephone, satellite television, and a room safe.
The patio overlooks the swimming pool and garden and when weather permits it, breakfasts and candlelit dinners are served with pleasure.

Supplements for children sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 2 years: free of charge in baby cot;
- Children from 3 to 7 years: Euro 30,00 per day from 16/05 to 13/06 and from 27/09 to 10/10; Euro 40,00 per day from 14/06 to 27/06 and from 06/09 to 26/09; Euro 50,00 per day from 28/06 to 01/08 and from 23/08 to 05/08; Euro 60,00 per day from 02/08 to 22/08;
- Chlidren from 8 years and adults: Euro 40,00 per day from 16/05 to 13/06 and from 27/09 to 10/10; Euro 60,00 per day from 14/06 to 27/06 and from 06/09 to 26/09; Euro 70,00 per day from 28/06 to 01/08 and from 23/08 to 05/09; Euro 90,00 per day from 02/08 to 22/08.
Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

This property requires minimum stays of 3 nights from 13/05 to 09/06 and from 23/09 to 07/10, and minimum stays of 7 nights from 10/06 to 22/09.
