The Residence Oasi Anfiteatro is a modern property with graceful residential units located around the pool or the amphitheater, surrounded by gardens and linked by tree-lined paths.
Located close to the sea and the Piazzetta del Porto, elegant meeting place for nightlife and shopping in the village of Ottiolu, it is one of the most comfortable and attractive accommodations that the site offers.
The apartments are located on the ground or on the first floor, some articulated on several levels. Large and comfortable, they are equipped with TV and private parking space, washing machine (the majority), air conditioning (on the upper floors and on request). They have garden or veranda and everything you need for cooking and tidying. Barbecue area and shared showers are available inside the property.
In the surroundings and within walking distance: in the nice Piazzetta del Porto you can find bars and American bars with live music, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, wine bars, craft shops and various boutiques, supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, bakery, tobacconist and fishing articles. PADI Diving Centre with patent courses, guided dives and snorkeling, possibility of mooring and rental of rubber dinghies and motorboats and sailboats, game fishing and deep sea fishing, horse riding stables, go kart track, sports centre with soccer field with synthetic grass, three lighted tennis courts, beach volleyball.
The big beach is only 50-100 meters, it is free and offers the possibility to rent sunbeds and umbrellas; the sand is white and fine and the shallow water is ideal for children of all ages. Northeast of the port, on the other hand, the cliff draws hidden coves with cristal clear waters, which can be reached through a small path in the Mediterranean maquis.

Residence Oasi Anfiteatro is located in Porto Ottiolu, 30 km from Olbia port and airport and 45 km from Golfo Aranci port.
From Olbia port and airport: take the SS131 DCN towards Cagliari-Nuoro until the exit to Budoni, and then follow the signs to Agrustos.

Payment Policy
15% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 5 nights from 15/04 to 08/07 and from 09/09 to 31/10, and minimum stays of 7 nights, with stays from Saturday to Saturday, from Wednesday to Wednesday, from Sunday to Sunday, from Wednesday to Saturday, from Saturday to Wednesday, from Sunday to Wednesday, from 08/07 to 09/09.
Arrivals after 20.00 must be communicated and agreed with the property. Euro 25,00 supplement for arrivals after 23.00 with advance notice, or possibility to check-in the following morning for arrivals without advance notice.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Weekly Forfeit: Euro 38,00 per person per week, from 4 years. It includes: electricity, water and gas consumptions, bed linen and bath towels with weekly change and double bed ready on arrival, toiletries. Kitchen linen not supplied and not hirable;
- Final cleaning: Euro 60,00 for Two-rooms apartment 4, Euro 65,00 Two-rooms apartment 4+2, Euro 70,00 for Three-rooms apartment 6. Cleaning of kitchenette is upon guests' care, or there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00;
- Club Card (from 4 years): Euro 25,00 per person per week from 10/06 to 16/09, Euro 12,00 per person per week in the remaining periods. It includes: internal parking, use of swimming pool, internet connection in the Wi-Fi zone (in amphitheater and reception), discounts from 5 to 20% on the main services offered by the Marina di Ottiolu and excursions); form 10/06 to 16/09: Mini-club and baby dance for children 4-12 years with group lessons of aerobics, water dance, water aerobics, latinamerican dance, zumba, beach volleyball, tennis courts and five-a-side soccer fields, canoeing, group games and entertainment, karaoke or group dances or theme parties, group tennis lessons;
- Deposit: Euro 150,00 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred.

- Baby cot: Euro 25,00 per week, on request at booking time;

- Beach service: Euro 105,00 per week per set (1 sun umbrella and 2 sunbeds);
- Partner restaurant (Full board): Euro 30,00 per person per day (minimum 7 days); Children 0-2 years according to consumption; Children 2-8 years always Euro 105,00.
