Appartamenti sul Mare Agrustos is a comfortable compound located in Agrustos, just 100 meters from the sea and from the pinewood.
The apartments, recently refurbished, are all equipped with wooden floors and welcome the guests in a cool and well-finished location. The property onsists of two-rooms and three-rooms apartments composed of a spacious living room with LCD TV and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge and freezer, a double bedroom (a double bedroom and a triple bedroom in the three-rooms apartments) furnished with wardrobe, a bathroom with shower.
Each apartment also features a private entrance and a wide private veranda with awnings and furnished with table and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunch and dinner. The veranda is also equipped with an outdoor shower and a laundry corner with washing machine and small basin.

From Olbia airport: take the SS125 and, at the roundabout, take the third exit, continuing then on the SS125. Take the junction to Berchideddu/Loiri/Padru/Sassari/Olbia Centro and drive then along the SS199following the signs for Sassari/Cagliari. Take the junction to San Teodoro/Nuoro/Siniscola/Cagliari/Padru and enter the SS131 DCN. Take the exit to Agrustos, enter onto the SP1 and continue towards Agrustos.
Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights with arrivals and departures every day.

Property Policy
RATES INCLUDE: Water, gas and electricity consumption, final cleaning (except kitchen and accessories, that are upon guests' care).
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Deposit: Euro 150,00 refundable, after inspection of the property, at the departure or, if it takes place very early in the morning, within 24 hours after the departure day. In this case, the refund of the deposit will be made by bank transfer.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request at booking time)
- Set of bed linen and bath towels: Euro 18,00 per person;
- Air conditioning: Euro 7,00 per day;
- Transfer from/to Olbia Airport: Euro 40,00 each way (4 people).
