The new residence complex Palau Green Village has been conceived in accordance with Sardinian tradition and architecture.
Each apartment has been built with the typical Sardinian stone and is sorrounded by beautiful gardens, which are composed by plants typical of the Mediterranean wood and by granitic wind-shaped rocks of Gallura. Small pedestrian paths sorrounded by vegetation connect the apartments and the swimming-pool.
The residence Palau Green Village has an exclusive location, just 500 metres away from Palau city centre and its services, just 20 minutes ferry boat trip from the Isle of La Maddalena and its beautiful Marine Park and just 30 minutes drive from the fashioned Costa Smeralda.
The nearest beach is only 150 metres away and it overlooks the wonderful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena. The beach is sourrounded by a thick pineweood, the ideal place for picnics and long walks.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- Until 31 days before the arrival: no penalty
- From 30 to 18 days before the arrival: 30% penalty
- From 17 to 10 days before the arrival: 50% penalty
- From 9 to 8 days before the arrival: 75% penalty
- From 7 to 0 days before the arrival, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Weekly forfait (from 03/06 to 16/09): Euro 30,00 per person per week, children 0-3 years not completed free of charge, children 3-12 years not completed Euro 15,00. It includes electricity, water and gas consumptions, bed linen;
- Final cleaning: Studio Flat 2 Euro 40,00; Two-rooms Flat 4 Euro 50,00. Cleaning of kitchenette is upon guests' care, or there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00;
- Comfort Card (from 03/06 to 16/09): Euro 15,00 per per person per week, children 3-12 years not completed Euro 5,00 per week. It includes: "BEACH SET" available for the whole stay (1 sun umbrella, 1 beach towel for adults), "WELCOME BREAKFAST" (the package includes: jams, nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, rusks, biscuits), "SPORTS" (use of swimming pool with water aerobics and swimming lessons for children), "COURTESY KIT" (bath amenities), WI-FI, use of bicycles, booking of excursions and rental of cars and motorcycles (upon payment); 1 free shopping bag per apartment;
- Deposit: Euro 200,00, refundable at the end of the stay, for any damage or misuse of the property. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests's home address;
- Tourist Tax.

- Daily cleaning (kitchenette excluded): Studio Flat 2 Euro 15,00, Two-rooms Flat 4 Euro 20,00;
- Linen and towels: bed linen Euro 10,00 per person per change; bath towels Euro 8,00 per person per change;
- Baby cot (0-2 years): Euro 35,00 per week, free of charge if brought by the guest;
- Extra bed (5th bed): Euro 70,00 per week;
- High chair: Euro 10,00 per week;
- Stroller: Euro 10,00 per week;
- American coffee machine: Euro 10,00 per week;
- Kettle: Euro 10,00 per week;
- Bicycles: free of charge, subject to availability from 25/03 to 03/06 and from 16/09 to 29/10; a deposit of Euro 150,00 will be required for use;
- Washing machine: free use;
- Pets: small pets admitted, except on the beach and in shared areas, Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning;
- Transfer from Olbia Airport or Port: Euro 95,00 per car (1/3 pax), Euro 135,00 per car (4/8 pax). From 10.00 pm to 06.00 am 20% surcharge. Surcharge Golfo Aranci port: Euro 20,00 per car. Prices are intended one way.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights, with arrivals and departures on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 03/06 to 08/09, and minimum stays of 4 nights, with arrivals and departures every day in the remaining periods.
Arrivals after 20.00 o'clock must be communicated in advance to the property, otherwise reception can't be guaranteed. For arrivals after office hours without notice, there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00.
