The Residence Alba Dorata is located in Sas Linnas Siccas (Cala Liberotto) in the province of Nuoro, about 10 km from Orosei and 80 km from the port/airport of Olbia/Costa Smeralda.
The Village is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, with attention to every detail, in the middle of the hill overlooking the beautiful bay, between the beaches of Cala Ginepro and Fuile Mare, in a particularly picturesque location, with many beautiful sandy bays embraced by a magnificent pine forest.
The property covers an area of 30,000 sqm and it's composed of charming and harmonious villas (semi-detached or multiple dwelling), with private entrance, connected by walkways and with large swimming pool.

The Residence Alba Dorata is located in Orosei, in the tourist resort of Sas Linnas Siccas.
From Cagliari: From the seaport and from the airport follow directions to SS131, Oristano or Sassari and, once you passed Oristano, follow directions to Olbia. Keep driving on the SS131DCN, pass the exit for Nuoro and take the first exit to Siniscola. After 5 km turn right on the SS125 in direction of Orosei and right again after another further 4 km. From here keep driving for about 20 km and pass the village of Sos Alinos. The Villaggio Alba Dorata is less than 2 km away, on yur left. Total 250km or 155 miles.
From Olbia: From the seaport and from the airport follow directions to SS131DCN, Nuoro or Cagliari. After about 50 km take the first exit to Siniscola, enter the small town and drive through it following directions to SS125 or Orosei. Keep driving for about 25 km and pass the village of Sos Alinos. The Villaggio Alba Dorata is less than 2 km away, on yur left. Total 75km or 47 miles.
From the seaport of Porto Torres or from Alghero airport: drive towards Sassari and following directions to Olbia. The exit to Olbia (SS597) is just a few kilometers past Sassari. Keep driving for about 80 km until you reach the junction with the SS131DCN. From here you can follow the directions provided when reaching the Villagio from Olbia (sea above). Total 195km or 120 miles.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- from 30 to 15 days before the arrival date: 10% of the total booking amount;
- from 14 to 9 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total booking amount;
- from 8 to 4 days before the arrival date: 75% of the total booking amount;
- from 3 to 0 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total booking amount.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Service Forfeit: weekly rate, per apartment, to pay on arrival, before the delivery of the apartment keys, for electricity, gas and cold and hot water consumptions, use of air conditioning, weekly change of bed linen and towels (kitchen towels not available), check-out cleaning, except kitchen area, upon guest care (or there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00): Two-rooms Apartment 4 Euro 160,00, Two-rooms Apartment 5 Euro 180,00, Three-rooms Apartment 6 Euro 200,00;
- Club Card: Compulsory from the age of 4, Euro 25,00 per person, per week, to pay on arrival, before the delivery of the apartment keys. It includes: daily and evening entertainment, Mini Club (both available from 04/06 to 10/09) and playground for children, use of the swimming pool, equipped with sun umbrellas and deck-chairs, subject to availability, and of sport equippment (volleyball, table tennis). Beach service is not included;
- Deposit: Euro 150,00 per apartment, to pay on arrival, before the delivery of the apartment keys, and refundable at the end of the stay.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request at booking time)
- Baby cot (for infants within 3 years): Euro 70,00 per week;
- Extra bed in Three-rooms Apartments (subject to availability): Euro 70,00 per week;
- Sea view: Euro 10,00 per person per day;
- Transfer (to require at booking time): From or to Olbia airport and port, car for 1/4 people or Minibus for 5/8 people, Euro 45,00 per person (minimum 2 people) each way. Children within 2 years free of charge. Children from 2 and within 6 years 50% discount. Transfer service for just one person Euro 90,00 each way. For transfers at night (from 20.00 to 7.30) supplement of Euro 45,00 per car, each way. N.B.: In case of no-show, the transfer total amount will be charged in full;
- Pets: small pets (max 4-5 Kg) allowed on request, excluding the shared areas, Euro 10,00 per day + Euro 70,00 for final disinfection.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturday.
Delivery and Return of the apartment: the delivery of the apartment takes place after 5.00 pm. Guests arriving later than 9.00 pm are requested to give advance notice. The return of the apartment takes place within 10.00 am on the departure day.
