Villa Sara is located in Lotzorai, 10 km from the nearest sandy beach on the eastern shores of Sardinia Island. It offers an outdoor heated swimming pool, a terrace equipped with table and chairs, and BBQ facilities. The villa will provide you with a TV, air conditioning and a patio. There is a living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with hairdryer. There is an additional bathroom and you can enjoy garden views from the room. Bars and restaurants are available nearby. The property offers free parking and is a 20-minute drive from Arbatax Ferry Port.
Important information
Please inform Villa Sara in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. Please note that the heated swimming pool is open all year round.
Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 5 years old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
