The familiar and quiet rooms are furnished in Sardinian design, they have independent access and air conditioning. Payment Policy
30% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property. The balance payment should be done by cash only.
Child Policy
Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:
- Infant from 0 to 2 year: free of charge in bed with parents; baby cot (on request): Euro 10,00 per night;
- Children from 3 to 10 years: Euro 25,00 per night from 01/04 to 31/05 and from 01/10 to 30/10; Euro 30,00 per night from 01/06 to 30/06 and from 01/09 to 30/09; Euro 35,00 per night from 01/07 to 31/08.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
