Villa Cenza is a lovely house surrounded by a garden of 2800 sqm. The property is of about 40 sqm, with a veranda opening onto a green lawn and furnished with table and benches for pleasant lunches or dinner outdoors. You can enjoy a perfect view over sea from the veranda (the beach is just few metres away) and a beautiful swimming pool of 10 x 15 metres (open from 01/06 to 30/09). There is also a private bathroom with shower in the swimming pool area. Entering the house you find a comfortable and cosy living room and a kitchenette, equipped with a 4-burners hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There are two bright bedrooms, both double, and a bathroom with shower. Guests can also park their car inside the property, in a dedicated covered parking. The white building that can be seen in the pictures is not available for rental, because it hasn't been completed yet. Guests can still use all the external areas, like the furnished veranda and the rear lunch area with barbecue.

Payment Policy
30% of the total amount will be required at the time of booking, as confirmation deposit. Balance amount is due 60 days before check-in. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- until 46 days before the arrival date: no penalty;
- from 45 to 30 days before the arrival date: 25% penalty;
- from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty;
- from 14 to 0 days before the arrival date: 80% penalty;
- no-show and early departure: 100% penalty.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Deposit: Euro 200,00, to pay on arrival by cash or cheque;
- Weekly forfeit for water, electricity and gas consumptions: Euro 13,00 per person;
- Final cleaning: Euro 130,00.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Bed linen and bath towels, not included in house rental: Euro 19,00 per person per week;
- Baby cot: Euro 30,00 per week;
- Small pets, on request: Euro 35,00 for extra cleaning.
Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights with arrivals and departures every day until June and from September. Arrivals and departures on Saturday in July and August. Less than one week stays on request.
Check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00 o'clock on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 20.30 or on Sundays (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) there will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00. Check-out time is by 10.00 o'clock.
