Country Resort Capo Nieddu, elegant and exclusive, has been realized in full respect of nature and landscape and on the inside houses an excellent Spa and an equestrian center with Sardinian Anglo Arab horses.
Each structure has been designed to match harmoniously with landscape and local materials in an environmentally friendly, innovative and safe way. Country Resort Capo Nieddu is located in an area of incomparable beauty, a corner of Sardinia, which combines sea and mountains, offering additional possibilities for cultural entertainment and environmental variety.
The property is subject to a careful and complex restoration carried out faithfully to the original and with a touch of modernity. The site is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves that blend in harmony with recurrent spaces with Mediterranean maquis and colorful gardens.
Here are set two lovely swimming pools, accessible and available during most part of the year, surrounded by vineyards and overlooking the beautiful coast of the sea of Capo Nieddu, overlooking the island of Mal di Ventre.
The Resort provides a wide reception room with living room, a dining room and guest rooms with furnishings consistent with the personal and creative style of the owners and it is the ideal place to spend unforgettable moments and enjoy old Sardinian recipes accompanied by the renowned red and white wines of this generous and hospitable land.
The Resort has 11 spacious Suites, all located on the ground floor with private entrance, sea view, large private bathroom and all services and comforts: air conditioning, LCD color-TV with satellite channels, hairdryer, toiletries with aromatic soaps and perfumed essences, kettle with herbal teas.
To guests are reserved the services of breakfast and dinner, allowing them to enjoy fine cuisine in line with the culinary tradition of the owners' family (Emilia Romagna, Lombard, Liguria, Sicilian and Sardinian), using only land and sea local products and with a wide range of local and national wines. Capo Nieddu, in fact, is also a Wine Resort, since it produces Vermentino di Sardegna DOC "Silbanis" and Cannonau di Sardegna DOC "Orassale".
The Resort also offers its guests various sports and therapeutic activities. Among the most important, horse therapy for adults, children and people with disabilities. In a safe environment with equipped facilities, surrounded by greenery of the estate, walks, exercise and rehabilitation can be carried out in perfect serenity.

Country Resort Capo Nieddu is situated in Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, marine village in the municipality of Cuglieri, 25 km from Oristano.

From Cagliari: take the SS131 towards Sassari/Oristano/Nuoro until the exit to Santa Giusta, take the SP49 and continue on the SP56. Finally, take the SS292 and follow the signs to the property.

Child Policy

Supplements for children sharing the room with two adults:

- Children from 0 to 3 years: free of charge;

- Children from 4 to 13 years in sofa bed in the lounge: Euro 30,00 per day with Breakfast; Euro 45,00 per day with Half Board; Euro 57,50 per day with Full Board.

Payment Policy

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

- Until 30 days before the arrival date: 10% penalty;

- From 29 to 21 days before the arrival date: 30% penalty;

- From 20 to 8 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty;

- From 7 to 0 days before arrival date: 95% penalty;

- No-shows and early departures: 100% penalty.
