There is free public parking around the house. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. A member of staff will provide the keys to the apartment at an agreed check-in point.
Important information
Please inform Paradiso in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 21:00, and EUR 50 after 22:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 25 per person per stay when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Wired internet is available in all areas and costs EUR 7 per 24 hours.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
