Hotel Resort Tanca de su Scusorgiu is a modern structure immersed in a green oasis of Mediterranean nature, very close to the sea (2 km), where flavours, tradition and local culture are considered fundamental values.
It is located in the peace and silence of gentle hills lit up by Ogliastra's shining sun. The hotel opens onto the landscape and is also part of it. This is what you feel when you admire the scenery from the wide windows overlooking a charming atmosphere.
The hotel features 10 independent rooms, set on different floors, with a wonderful view that Sardinia offers, all equipped with the more important comforts (satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar, hairdryer), large and comfortable bathroom, terrace, garden and private parking.
Services are provided by an efficient assistance and comfortable common spaces: TV room, fax service, hall-reception with reading area overlooking the swimming pool, bar and restaurant, disabled facilities.
The hotelis divided into three sections: the restaurant, with wide windows from which you can admire both sea and mountains, overlooking a large green garden with a little playground for children, the reception, a modern hall situated in front of the sea and the swimming pool, and the independent rooms.

Hotel Resort Tanca de su Scusorgiu is located in Marina di Cardedu, Località Su Scusorgiu, about 20 km from Arbatax, 178 km from Olbia, 210 km from Porto Torres and 120 km from Cagliari.
From Olbia port/airport: follow the SS131 DCN for about 100 Km until the exit to Nuoro. Continue on the SS 389 for 60 km and, after having crossed Lanusei, follow the directions to Cardedu.
From Cagliari port/airport: drive on the SS 125 towards Muravera, then turn left and keep driving on the SS 125 towards Tortolì. You will find Cardedu about 15 km before reaching Tortolì.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Deposit: (Apartment) Euro 150,00 refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse has incurred;
- Service forfeit: Euro 500 per person per day for electricity, water and gas consumptions;
- Cleaning of the kitchenette (if not cleaned): Euro 35,00;
- Cleaning of the apartment (if not cleaned): Euro 80,00;
- Air conditioning: Euro 7,00 per apartment per day;
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Baby cot: 5,00 per day (on request during reservation);
- Bed linen and towels: Euro 1,50 per person per day (on request during reservation);
- Daily cleaning: Euro 20,00 per day;
- Midweek cleaning: Euro 50,00;
- Breakfast (Italian): Euro 8,00 per person per day;
- Breakfast (sweet and savory): Euro: 12,00 per person per day;
- Pets: only small pets admitted, Euro 5,00 per day.
