Locanda dei Buoni e Cattivi is a cozy bed & breakfast with an excellent restaurant, located in an elegant villa in the central district of Tuvixeddu in Cagliari.
A few steps from the old town center and a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia, the Locanda dei Buoni e Cattivi is the ideal location for a business stay, to spend a pleasant weekend of pleasure or holidays with family and friends in a private and warm ambiance.

The B&B has 3 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a suite that can accommodate up to 5 people. All rooms have private bathroom with shower or bathtub and are equipped with heating and air conditioning. At guests disposal, a dedicated computer and free and unlimited Wi-Fi accessible from every room in the hotel. For guests who wish to deposit valuables and documents, a safe is available. Also available a 32" LCD-TV on the wall with DVD player and PC connection. A large living room and a beautiful garden complete the property and offer to the guests further spaces to relax, watch TV, talk or read one of the many books from the library.

From Cagliari-Elmas airport: take the SS130 and follow the signs to Cagliari, continue on Viale Elmas and then on Viale Sant'Avendrace. Turn left onto Viale Trento and then left again in Via Vittorio Veneto.

Payment Policy

12% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property. Accepted credit cards: Maestro, Visa, CartaSi, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, PIN.

Child Policy

Supplements for children sharing a double room with two adults (on request):

- Children from 0 to 2 years in baby cot or small bed: Euro 15,00 for the whole stay;

- Children from 3 to 12 years in third bed: Euro 18,00 per day;

- Children from 13 years and adults: Euro 30,00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
