In the Sinis Peninsula and in the center of Cabras, a village that lives between ponds rich in history and beaches made of white quartz, immersed in the dazzling light of a unique place, was born Aquae Sinis Albergo Diffuso, charming hotel and Wellness center.
The magic of this charming hotel comes from the protection of the specific existing housing, seventeenth-century mansions of the town belonging to the original urban fabric of the village.

In addition to the main building, which houses the reception, the restaurant and some rooms, two further houses, all elegantly upgraded following the traditional architecture, through the use of local materials and in full compliance with green building, are at guests' disposal.

Thermae is the main building and within it you can find the main services of the hotel, including the reception, the Spa of Aquae Sinis that develops in a relaxed and intimate setting, where you can find your own balance thanks to a jacuzzi with 15 places, emotional showers for chromotherapy, sauna and turkish bath, with heat provided by the sun energy. The path is designed to prepare the body to naturally benefit from the healthy effects of a massage, a beauty treatment or a detoxifying herbal tea, to achieve full harmony with yourself. Enjoy also the restaurant, designed to entertain you with traditional local recipes that will serve exclusively the typical products of Sinis, the heated swimming pool with whirlpool, the panoramic terrace with hanging garden and solarium area.

Mistras is the ideal place for people who love relaxing, surrounded by a lovely garden with swimming pool. High ceilings supported by spectacular beams, houses decorated with a sophisticated chromatic palette inspired by the old colours, precious finishes handmade by local artisans, create an atmosphere of refined hospitality, for a place of absolute comfort but totally environmentally sustainable. Rooms and suites, all different from each other, offer a customizable welcome. There is also a common room with fireplace with 30 seats, the not heated swimming pool consisting of Jacuzzi area with 4 seats and swimming area, and the Mediterranean garden.

Pontis is a building characterized by the harmonious garden, created using only native species, that fill the summer evenings with Mediterranean fragrances. A discrete and cosy nature for relaxing moments, and that, thanks to the catering service, can become background for ceremonies and weddings of unforgettable joy.
The property has a common hall with 24 seats, the turkish bath with four seats, the Mediterranean garden with barbecue area and a small kitchen to organize caterings, and the covered veranda.

The Aquae Sinis Albergo Diffuso provides its customers a welcoming restaurant with 34 seats on the inside and also on the panoramic terrace with hanging garden. The recipes are designed to offer dishes of Sardinian and international cuisine using almost exclusively local products from crops, farms and laboratories of Cabras and of the western coast of Sardinia. The chef will be glad to offer you a gastronomic journey that will make you rediscover the tastes of the typical dishes of the past with a modern and personalized touch. The restaurant also offers a selection of regional wines in order to turn your dinner or your lunch into a special moment.

Aquae Sinis Albergo Diffuso is located in Cabras, on the central-western coast of Sardinia, about 8 km from Oristano.

From Cagliari: take the SS131 towards Oristano. Once arrived in Oristano, follow the signs to Cabras.

Payment Policy

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Child Policy

Children reductions when sharing the room with two adults:

- Children from 0 and within 6 years: free of charge;

- Children from 6 years and adults: 50% reduction on adult's rate.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

This property requires reservations within:

5 days before the check-in from 31/03 to 09/05 and from 27/09 to 02/11;

7 days before the check-in from 10/05 to 20/06;

14 days before the check-in from 21/06 to 26/09.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Half Board: adults Euro 27,00 (it includes first course, second course, side dish, fruit or dessert, coffee; drinks not included); children 6-11 years Euro 18,00 (it includes first course, second course, side dish, fruit or dessert, water or a soft drink); free of charge for children 0-5 years;

- Wellness center (with advance booking): Euro 20,00 per person for 90 minutes (the cost of massages and treatments is not included). The wellness center of Aquae Sinis has a cosy jacuzzi pool, sauna, turkish bath, a path with emotional showers with chromotherapy and a room equipped for massages.
