Casa Marcela is a house located in Buggerru, a small centre on the South-Western coast of Sardinia, in Sulcis Iglesiente region, an area where most of the mines are located. The several Sulcis Iglesiente mines, no longer exploited for extraction, are now important examples of industrial architecture used for cultural purposes. Buggerru will allow you to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday and, at the same time, to organize interesting cultural excursions to the mines of this area.

Casa Marcela is an apartment, located on the ground floor and composed of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms with queen-size beds, shower bathroom, sheltered sea view veranda.

Casa Marcela is located in Buggerru, about 85 km from Cagliari.

From Cagliari airport: take the SS135 towards Iglesias until the exit to Iglesias. Take the SS126 and follow the directions to Buggerru.

Payment Policy

30% of the total amount will be required at the time of booking, as confirmation deposit. Balance amount is due 60 days before check-in. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

- until 46 days before the arrival date: no penalty

- from 45 to 30 days before the arrival date: 25% penalty

- from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty

- from 14 to 0 days before the arrival date: 80% penalty

- no-show and early departure: 100% penalty

Property Policy

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Deposit: Euro 150,00, to pay on arrival by cash or cheque;

- Weekly forfeit for water, electricity and gas consumption: Euro 12,00 per person;

- Final cleaning: Euro 90,00.

 

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Bed linen and bath towels, not included in house rental: Euro 15,00 per person per week;

- Baby cot: Euro 30,00 per week;

- Small pets, allowed on request: Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning.

Policy Check-in/Check-out

This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights with arrivals and departures every day until June and from September. Arrivals and departures on Saturday in July and August. Less than one week stays on request.

Check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00 o'clock on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 20.30 or on Sundays (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) there will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00. Check-out time is by 10.00 o'clock.
