The Residence Sardegna Summer is situated on the edge of the village, behind the beautiful beach of Agrustos, in a quiet area. It represents an ideal and safe space for children. The residence is the ideal place for those who want to spend a holiday of relaxation and tranquility without giving up the pleasures of the nightlife of San Teodoro(8 km away) and  Budoni and its characteristic market along the main street and the various plein-air restaurants and barsfor the aperitif. The Residence is recently built, surrounded by gardens withEnglish lawn andbarbecue areasfor guestsand WI-FI. The apartments are tastefully furnishedand can beon the ground flooror first floor.They consist oftwo bedrooms(one with doublebedand one with twosingle beds which canbe pushed together), living roomwith sofa bed (made of twosingle beds),kitchen, bathroom withshower and a largeverandafor the exclusive use,covered and furnishedfor outdoor dining.

Payment Policy

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 29 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

- Final cleaning: Euro 70,00 per apartment per week. Kitchenette and fridge cleaning upon guest's care or a supplement of Euro 50,00 will apply;

- Deposit: Euro 250,00, refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred.
