Residence Li Troni Resort is a 3 star, newly built holiday apartments property spreading around its swimming pool and surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation.

Thanks to its quiet position, a relaxing and pleasant holiday is secured. The property is located at about 2,5 km from the beach and about 15 minutes drive from the lively village of San Teodoro. The coast offers kilometres of white strips of sand with crystal clear water, suitable for children and adults.

The 35 Sardinian style apartments, are furnished with taste and they are characterized by stone and granite external inserts. They are all equipped with TV, air-conditioning, garden or patio.

Among the Residence Li Troni Resort facilities a bar, a restaurant and a pizzeria, where half or full board service can be arranged.

The Residence Li Troni rises in Località Maiorca, about 4 km from the centre of Budoni and about 2,5 km from the sea. Distance from Olbia airport and port: about 40 km. Distance from Golfo Aranci port: about 56 km. Distance from Alghero-Fertilia airport: about 157 km. Distance from Porto Torres port: about 146 km. Distance from Cagliari airport and port: about 243 km.

From Olbia: drive on the SS131 D.C.N. towards Cagliari-Nuoro. After 35 km you will reach Budoni and then follow the directions for Località Maiorca.

Payment Policy

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

- Cancellations until 15 days before the arrival date: no penalty;

- Cancellations from 14 to 8 days before the arrival date: 30% penalty;

- Cancellations from 7 to 0 days before the arrival date, no-shows and early departures: 100% penalty.

Property Policy

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Service forfeit: Euro 30,00 per person per week for electricity, water and gas consumptions;

- Final cleaning: Euro 60,00 per apartment. Kitchenette cleaning is upon guest's care or there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00;

- Deposit: Euro 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment ha incurred. In case of departure during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests' home address.

- Bed linen and towels: Euro 10,00 per person per change (kitchen and table linen not available);

- Baby cot: Euro 50,00 per week;

- Weekly maid service: Two-rooms apartment Euro 30,00, Three-rooms apartment Euro 40,00;

- Daily maid service: Two-rooms apartment Euro 10,00, Three-rooms apartment Euro 15,00;

- Pets: small pets admitted only on request, Euro 50,00 for extra cleaning.
