Casa Posada Elena 4 is a typical house, recently renovated, located in Bosa, in the characteristic district of Sa Costa, at the foot of the Malaspina Castle. Landlocked between other similar houses, Posada Elena 4 has four floors and is composed of: ground floor with kitchen with four gas burner stove, electric oven, washing machine, fridge, TV. The three double bedrooms, one per floor, are equipped with private shower bathroom. The house is about 2 km from the sea and does not have balconies, terraces and outdoor spaces.

Casa Posada Elena 4 is located in the historical centre of Bosa, a small old town on the Sardinian west-central coast, on Temo river.
From Alghero: leave the town towards south and follow the directions to Bosa for about 50 Km.
From Cagliari: drive on the SS 131 for about 130 Km until the junction to Macomer. Drive through the town and follow the directions to Bosa on the SS 129 bis.
Payment Policy
30% of the total amount will be required at the time of booking, as confirmation deposit. Balance amount is due 60 days before check-in. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- until 46 days before the arrival date: no penalty
- from 45 to 30 days before the arrival date: 25% penalty
- from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty
- from 14 to 0 days before the arrival date: 80% penalty
- no-show and early departure: 100% penalty
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Deposit: Euro 150,00, to pay on arrival by cash or cheque;
- Weekly forfeit for water, electricity and gas consumption: Euro 12,00 per person;
- Final cleaning: Euro 90,00.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Bed linen and bath towels, not included in house rental: Euro 19,00 per person per week;
- Baby cot: Euro 30,00 per week;
- Small pets, allowed on request: Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning.
Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights with arrivals and departures every day until June and from September. Arrivals and departures on Saturday in July and August. Less than one week stays on request.
Check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00 o'clock on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 20.30 or on Sundays (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) there will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00. Check-out time is by 10.00 o'clock.
