The recently built Residence "La Casa di Nonno Eligio" is located in Bari Sardo, on Sardinia's east coast, right on the main road of the village. The property is 4,5 km away from the XVIIth-century Spanish Tower and 6 km from Cea beach. Main services, bars and restaurants are at walking distance.
Arbatax and Santa Maria Navarrese seaports (departure point for day trips in the area) are both 15-20 minutes drive away. The Residence has 9 apartments, all of them air-conditioned and fully equipped (kitchen equipment, washing machine, iron and ironing board). Bathrooms are equipped with shower. Provided with disabled facilities (one-bedroom apartment only).

Bari Sardo is located on the East coast of Sardinia, along the state road SS 125.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Final cleaning: Euro 50,00;
- Bed, bath and kitchen linen: Euro 15,00 per person per stay;
- Electricity consumption and air conditioning: Euro 0,50 per Kwh;
- Water and gas consumptons: included in the rate;
- Deposit: Euro 100,00 to settle at check-in and refundable at the end of the stay after checking the apartment.
