Surrounded by the warm colours of rose-pink granite stones and sweet perfumes of the Mediterranean bush, Hotel Li Graniti is located in an oasis of peace, only 2,5 km from the famous centre of Baia Sardinia and 6 km from Porto Cervo.
The hotel features spacious verandas, terraces and rooms overlooking the garden or the amazing blue sea that characterizes this place.

In the restaurant of Hotel Li Graniti, air-conditioned and with a veranda with a breathtaking view over the bay, are served buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with table service, with buffet of salads, vegetables, fruit and desserts. The restaurant serves two typical dinners per week, one with fish and one Sardinian dinner with meat (service available from 06/06 to 12/09). Upon request at booking time, vegetarian and celiac cuisine.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Child Policy
Reductions for children sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 and within 6 years: free of charge if sharing the bed with parents. Baby cot 0-3 years (on request an to settle on property): Euro 5,00 per day, meals from menu included, from 16/07 to 26/08; free of charge in other periods;
- Children from 6 and within 12 years: 50% reduction on adult rate.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- Until 31 days before the arrival: no penalty
- From 30 to 18 days before the arrival: 30% penalty
- From 17 to 10 days before the arrival: 50% penalty
- From 9 to 8 days before the arrival: 75% penalty
- From 7 to 0 days before the arrival, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty

- Sea view: Euro 10,00 per day per person (from 12 years) from 11/06 to 09/09, free of charge in the remaining periods (limited availability);
- Full board: Euro 20,00 per day per person.
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Club Card (from 04/06 to 17/09): adults Euro 35.00 per person per week, children 6-12 years not completed Euro 15,00 per week. The card includes: beach service (one sun umbrella, one sunbed, one seck-chair per room) the beach of Cala dei Ginepri, shuttle service to the beach, one sauna or one turkish bath, beach/pool-towel, WI-FI service, piano bar, night shuttle service to Baia Sardinia, with a supplement to Poltu Quatu and Porto Cervo, mini-club assistant, information desk at guests' disposal for information, bookings, rentals, excursions, 15 August special party;
- Tourist Tax.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Baby cot 0-3 years: Euro 5,00 per day, meals from menu included;
- Pets: small pets admitted. Extra cleaning Euro 30,00 per stay;
- Transfer from Olbia Airport or Port: Euro 30,00 per person (minimum 2 people). From 10.00 pm to 06.00 am 20% surcharge. Golfo Aranci port: 20% surcharge. Prices are intended one way.
