Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Service forfait: Euro 25,00 per person per week, infants included. The price includes: electricity, water, gas consumptions, bed linen, local assistance, use of swimming pool;
- Final cleaning: Two-rooms apartment 2 Euro 35,00; Two-rooms apartment 3 and Two-rooms apartment 4 Euro 40,00. Kitchenette cleaning is upon guest's care, or there will be an extra charge of Euro 30,00;
- Deposit: Euro 100,00.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Baby cot: Euro 26,00 per week, on request at booking time;
- Possibility to rent sun umbrellas and sunbeds in the public beach;
- Bath towels (set of 3 pieces): Euro 7,00, on request at booking time.
