The B&B Terra Smeralda embodies in its name the essence of the beautiful landscape that surrounds it and is ideal for those seeking a holiday immersed in silence and tranquillity of nature, one step away from the sea. The B&B Terra Smeralda, recently built, is located a few kilometres from the town Arzachena within a farm of about 20 hectares of Holm oaks, brooms, oaks and junipers, and was made with respect to the forms and the style of the ancient stazzo, the typical Gallura countryside house. The main building, which houses the reception and breakfast area, is surrounded by a beautiful garden and situated in a panoramic position from which you can see, through large windows, the surrounding landscape. In harmony with nature and almost camouflaged in green there are guesthouses, furnished in the typical Sardinian style and kept separated from the main body. The B&B Terra Smeralda offers accommodation in six comfortable and spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, each identified with the name of a plant of the Gallura province and is fully accessible for disabled people, for whom a double room with specifically equipped toilet facilities was made. Light colours and all the shades of green adorn the rustic, functional and welcoming furniture that in every trait recalls typical Sardinian elements: for example the water chicken, animal symbol of the Gallura province, that is represented on the curtains, the lampshades on the wall and the bed linen. Each room has a private en suite bathroom and is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, LCD TV 21" with integrated DTV, hairdryer and refrigerator. On request a third bed in the room can be addes and it is also possible for your small pets to join you.

Guests are requested to give advance notice, via email or telephone, about the time of arrival.
Child Policy
Children reductions sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 3 years: free of charge;
- Children from 4 to 12 years: Euro 10,00 per night from 01/01 to 30/04 and from 01/10 to 31/12, Euro 15,00 per night from 01/05 to 31/05 and from 01/09 to 30/09, Euro 20,00 per night from 01/06 to 31/08.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 45 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 45 days before check-in 40% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
