First opened to guests in early 2009, Actinia Accommodation has 6 light and airy rooms with windows facing out onto the main street. Each room has its own private bathroom facilities, air conditioning, heating, TV, minibar, and orthopaedic beds and mattresses.

There is also a relaxing area where you can find tourist tips about monuments, beaches and the most important archaeological sites of Sardinia.

Actinia Accommodation is located in the centre of Alghero, near the Lido beach, easily reachable by bike or by bus. Distance from Alghero-Fertilia airport: about 10 km. Distance from the port of Porto Torres: about 40 km. Distance from the airport and port of Olbia airport: about 134 km. Distance from the port of Cagliari: about 230 km.

From Alghero-Fertilia airport: take the SP 44 and, after about 2 km, turn right and take the SP 42. At the roundabout take the third exit and follow the SS 127 BIS. Once in town, turn left onto Via Alfonso Lamarmora and then left again in Via Sant'Agostino.

Payment Policy

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Child Policy

Children reductions sharing the room with two adults:

- Children from 0 to 4 years: free of charge;

- Children from 5 to 8 years: 50% reduction on adult's rate.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 5 days before the check-in. For cancellations made within 5 days before the check-in, a penalty equal to the amount of the first night will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

Actinia Accommodation offers to its guests a bed and breakfast service at a bar/pastry shop in agreement with the property. The customer will receive a pre-paid ticket, usable in his more convenient time.

Pets are not allowed.

 

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (cash)

Tourist Tax (for the first 7 days of the stay): from 01/05 to 30/09 Euro 0,50 per person per day, from 01/10 to 30/04 Euro 0,25 per person per day. Exempt from payment children under 12 years and people who stay to provide assistance to people hospitalized in Alghero hospitals.

Policy Check-in/Check-out

This property requires minimum stays of 2 nights in May and June, from 07/12 to 08/12, from 24/12 to 26/12 , minimum stays of 3 nights in September, from 15/04 to 17/04 and from 30/12 to 01/01, minimum stays of 5 nights in July and August. Flexible stays in the remaining periods.

Guests are requested to give advance notice, via e-mail or telephone, about their time of arrival.
