From Cagliari: Follow The S.S. 131 and after Oristano take the second exit to Abbasanta. Turn left to Santu Lussurgiu and follow directions to 'Dominariu Mandra Edera'. The sign is white and green.
From Alghero - Sassari: Follow the S.S 129 to Sassari. Then follow SS 131 and after Macomer turn at Abbasanta - Santu Lussurgiu. Going towards Santu Lussurgiu follow directions to 'Dominariu Mandra Edera'.
From Olbia: Follow the SS 131 dcn direction Nuoro. Then follow SS 131 direction Sassari and take the second exit Abbasanta. Turn left to Santu Lussurgiu and after about 100 meters follow directions to 'Dominariu Mandra Edera'.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
These cancellation penalties are to be considered valid with the exception of reservations made with special offers that have different cancellation penalties.
Property Policy
RATES INCLUDE: use of swimming pool, solarium and heated jacuzzi inside the solarium.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Beach towel rental: Euro 3,00 per towel;
- Small and medium-sized pets: not allowed in common areas (swimming pool, restaurant, bar, lounge areas); Euro 25,00 for final room cleaning;
- Horse riding lessons on request.

This property requires minimum stays of 2 nights with arrivals and departures every day.
Guests are requested to advise in case of arrivals after 20.00.
Child Policy
Reductions for children sharing the Suite with two adults:
- Children from 0 and within 3 years: free of charge, meals à la carte to settle on property;
- Children from 3 years and adults in third bed: 30% reduction on adult rate;
- Children from 3 years and adults in fourth bed: 50% reduction on adult rate.
