Farmhouse Agriturismo Mendulas is located in Villanova Monteleone, just a short distance from the Temo river, from Villanova Monteleone's lake and a few km from the sea and the beautiful catalan town of Alghero, an authentic jewel of the “Riviera del Corallo”, with Capo Caccia headland on the horizon.
It is surrounded by an unspoilt nature among holm-oaks, oaks, cork trees and Mediterranean bush. Nearby, it is possible to visit Nuraghi, Domus de Janas, menhirs, necropolis and rural churches. An ideal place to spend relaxing days in contact with nature, admiring the animals, the plants and the flowers. You will have the opportunity to enjoy traditional Sardinian dishes accompanied by our home made wines.
The Farmhouse Agriturismo Mendulas is also a teaching farm: the didactic activities are ideal for schools but also for tourists interested in the eno-gastronomic aspects of Sardinian culture. Guests can assist to sheep or cows milking, manufacturing of cheese and ricotta, and to sheep shearing.
Farmhouse Mendulas is located in località S'Arroccu, close to Villanova Monteleone, around 35 km from Alghero.
From Alghero: follow the road signs for Villanova Monteleone, along the SS 292, drive through Villanova Monteleone and continue along the SS 292. After the road sign “KM 29”, take the first paved road on the left, and after 1 km you will reach the farmhouse.
From Cagliari, Nuoro or Oristano: take the SS 131 until Campeda; after the junction to Bonorva, turn left and at the fork to Pozzomaggiore, follow the directions to Alghero. Continue along the SS 292, after the road sign “KM 30”, take the first paved road on the right, and and after 1 km you will reach the farmhouse.

Payment Policy
12% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Balance payment should be done by cash only.
Child Policy
Children reductions sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 2 years: free of charge;
- Children from 3 to 10 years: 50% reduction on adult's rate.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will be applied for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Horseback riding: Euro 25,00 per hour per horse (minimum 2 people);
- Guided tours: in the property Euro 6,00 per person (10 people), in the surroundings Euro 10,00 per person (10 people);
- Teaching trail: Euro 6,00 per person for each trail (for groups of 30 people), Euro 7,00 per person for each trail (for groups of 10 people);
- Workshops: Euro 8,00 per person per workshop (minimum 10 people).
