It is located a few hundred metres from the charming Marinedda beach and 1 km from the small village of Isola Rossa, a picturesque fishermen’s village on the Asinara Gulf.
Isola Rossa is a charming village with a small harbour in red granite, the fishermen’s wooden boats, the Aragonese tower, and a relaxing seafront promenade, lined by shops and bars with evening live music, dazzling beaches and celebrated sunsets.
The hotel enjoys a superb position enjoying one of the most stunning seaviews of the island, over an exceptionally beautiful beach stretching just 250 m from the hotel’s main swimming pool, which is also flanked by one of the bars and restaurants of the hotel and by the exclusive Thalasso & Spa Centre. From Olbia: take the SS127 towards Tempio Pausania and continue along the SP74 towards the coast.
From Alghero: take the SS127bis towards Sassari and continue along the SS672 towards Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Child Policy
Children reduction when sharing with two adults:
- Children from 0 and within 2 years: free of charge;
- Children from 2 and within 12 years: 50% reduction on adult's rate in Superior Room;
- Children from 2 and within 17 years: 50% reduction on adult's rate in Relax room, Suite, Royal and President Sea View.
Cancellation Policy
Following penalty charges will apply:
- for cancellations made 8 days before check-in: no penalty charges;
- for cancellations made 7 to 2 days before check-in: 20% of the total booking amount will be charged;
- for cancellations made 1 day before check-in: 40% of the total booking amount will be charged;
- for cancellations made 0 days before check-in, no-shows and earlier departures: 60% of the total booking amount will be charged.

- Entrance to the Wellness Centre "L'Elicriso": Euro 28,00 per person; it includes free use of thalasso pools, turkish bath, sauna, cardio-fitness gym and realxation area.
