It is possible to reach by foot the sandy beach of San Gemiliano and by car in a few minutes the most beautiful beaches of Ogliastra: Orrì, Cea, Barisardo.

Property Policy
COMPULSORY COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Consumption forfeit Euro 30,00 per person per week - Children up to 10 years free of charge. Bed linen with weekly change included;
- Check-out cleaning (kitchenette is upon guest's care): Euro 40,00 in Two-room apartment, Euro 50,00 in Three-room apartment, Euro 60,00 in Four-room apartment;
- Deposit (refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred): Euro 200,00;
- Lack of differentiation and inserting recyclable materials: Euro 50,00.
OPTIONAL SERVICES (on request by booking)
- Bath towels: Euro 7,00 per set;
- Extra bed: Euro 60,00 per person per week;
- Baby cot and high chair: included;
- Air conditioning: according to consumption, Euro 0,50/kw

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays. Arrivals and departures on different days on request.
Apartments delivery from 05.00 pm to 08.00 pm. Previous and following arrivals to be agreed in advance.
Departures by 10.00 am.
Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
The following penalties will be applied in case of cancellation:
- up to 43 days before check-in: 30% penalty;
- from 42 to 29 days before check-in: 60% penalty;
- from 28 to 4 days before check-in: 90% penalty;
- from 3 days to the day of check-in or no-show: 100% penalty.
