L'Essenza Oasi Sensoriale is an holistic sustainable wellness center. What characterizes this property are the traditional structures of the ancient shepherds of central Sardinia. Four "pinnettos", typical shepherds' huts, consisting of a circular stone base and a roof of resistant tree branches, with sea view.
Within these facilities the visitor can experience different sensory pathways such as chromotherapy and aromatherapy, massage, yoga and meditation, workshops, museums and, besides all this, even events and exhibitions, festivals and much more.
Each sensory journey in the rooms consists of: smell, with spread aromas (aromatherapy); vision, with walls, furnishings and lighting in hue (chromotherapy); hearing, with the soundtrack of nature (music therapy); taste, with herbal teas and herbal drinks (herbal medicine); feeling, nature in your hands.
L'Essenza is a rural structure with typical pastoral quatrefoil plan with four bedrooms with two beds (with possibility of adding an extra bed), bathroom with shower, air conditioning, Sardinian hand-crafted furnishings; common area with fireplace, library, wi-fi, kitchenette.
Breakfast takes place in the dining room or outdoors and is characterized by typical pastries and breads, fresh fruit, jams, herbal tea in the morning and evening. For personal care are supplied products flavored with typical natural Sardinian essences.

From Olbia Costa Smeralda airport: Take the SS131 DCN and follow the signs to Cagliari/Nuoro. After about 40 km take the exit Posada/Budoni and continue towards Posada, turn right at the junction to Concas and then immediately left. Go straight until nuraghe San Pietro and after a few meters turn right at the rock of Cuccu Ezzu.

From Alghero Fertilia airport: Drive towards Sassari following the directions for Olbia. Take the SS131 DCN and follow the signs to Cagliari/Nuoro. After about 40 km take the exit Posada/Budoni and continue towards Posada, turn right at the junction to Concas and then immediately left. Go straight until nuraghe San Pietro and after a few meters turn right at the rock of Cuccu Ezzu.

From Cagliari Elmas airport: Take the SS131 DCN and after about 200 km take the exit Posada/Torpè and continue towards Posada. Drive through the village of Posada and, after the bridge, turn left at the junction to Concas and then left again. Go straight until nuraghe San Pietro and after a few meters turn right at the rock of Cuccu Ezzu.

Child Policy

Children reductions:

- Children from 0 to 3 years: free of charge;

- Baby Cot: Euro 30,00 per day;

- Children and adults in Extra bed (regardless of age): Euro 50,00 per day.

Payment Policy

12% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
