Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
THE PRICE INCLUDES:
- Electricity, water and gas consumptions;
- Final cleaning, excliding kitchenette's cleaning, that is upon guest's care.
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
Deposit: Euro 150,00 refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights, with arrivals and departures on Saturday and Sunday, in July and August, and minimum stays of 3 nights in other periods.
The apartments will be delivered from 16.00 to 20.00. For arrivals from 20.00 to 00.00 supplement of Euro 20,00. For arrivals after 00.00 supplement of Euro 30,00.
