Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO BE SETTLED ON PROPERTY:
- Weekly forfeit (compulsory from 2 years and upwards, as well for short stays) Euro 49,00 per person per week; it includes utilities and checkout cleaning. Cleaning of kitchenette, dishes and kitchen kits is upon guest's care, otherwise a supplement of Euro 25,00 will be applied;
- Deposit Euro 150,00 per apartment.
EXTRA FACULTATIVE SERVICES TO BE SETTLED ON PROPERTY (rates per week):
- Air conditioning: Studio-Flat Euro 56,00; Two-rooms apartment Euro 70,00;
- Extra bed: supplement 10%;
- Baby Cot: Euro 35,00 ( no supplement if brought by the guest; max. 1 per apartment).
Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights until 15 June and from 08 September; a minimum stay of 7 nights with check-in and check-out only Saturdays and/or Wednesdays in all other seasons.
