The B&B Gli Ulivi is located in the south of Sardinia, a beautiful and sunny seaside village called St. Anna Arresi a few miles from the best beaches in the southwest of Sardinia as Porto Pino (4 km), unique and very popular for its white sand and the clarity of its emerald waters, Portu Tramatzu, Capo Malfatano, Cala Tuerredda, Chia, Sant'Antioco, Calasetta, Carloforte, Buggerru and Masua.

The village is called "Land of Music and Wine", home for over 20 years of jazz festival called "The boundaries between Sardinia and Jazz" (between the end of August and first week of September) attended by the greatest artists of the scene world, land of wine because of the devotion to the wine production (Mesa Cantina, Cantina di Santadi).
The area is also rich in Phoenician-Punic archaeological sites of big importance, museums and mines with considerable natural charm. A few kilometers far, passing through a street called scenic south coast, rich of coastal corners, beautiful beaches, rocks lapped by an emerald sea, you can reach the sunken city of Nora (the oldest town founded in Sardinia).

The property has 3 bedrooms  with air conditioning, private bath, TV, hair dryer. The raised position of the B&B Gli Ulivi  allows guests to enjoy a truly wonderful sea view. The rooms have been recently  refurnished as new, new painted with a special technique, which  gives the impression of warmth and relax. The property also has a studio flat (belonging to the same owners of B&B), located on the road that leads to the beach of Porto Pino.

12% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property. The balance payment should be done by cash only.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
