Agriturismo Agrifoglio is nestled in the countryside of San Giovanni Suergiu (Carbonia-Iglesias Province) in the heart of Sulcis-Iglesiente. The farmhouse was established by the complete renovation of a large agricultural and zootechnical farm of 264 acres, in operation since the '50s. The present rooms, fully recovered, still have the original architecture.
The farmhouse offers accommodation in 9 rooms, one of which is suitable for disabled guests, featuring wooden ceilings and decorated with simplicity and taste. They provide maximum relaxation and all of them have private entrance, private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and fridge.
The dining room is air conditioned and characterized by large wooden beams and large windows that open onto the porch. Here you can enjoy dishes of the typical local cuisine, prepared with both animal and vegetable farm products.
In the farm are raised cattle and pigs, sheeps and goats for milk, and grown vegetables in greenhouses and open field, cereals, fodder and corn. It is also possible to buy products such as meat, in the butcher's inside the farmhouse, vegetables and cheeses.
The farmhouse is located in a central position from the beaches of the low Sulcis, the beach of Porto Pino and the archaeological sites of Sant'Antioco, and offers several services for the leisure time: trekking by foot or horse or horseback riding. The farm is located just 3 km from the town, 6 km from the sea (Porto Botte), 10 km from the island of S. Antioco and 18 Km from the beach of Porto Pino.

From Cagliari: take the SS130 towards Iglesias. Do not turn to Iglesias, but continue towards Carbonia/Sant'Antioco until you reach San Giovanni Suergiu.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Payment Policy
12% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

This property requires minimum stays of 3 nights.
For shorter stays the following daily supplements will be charged: Euro 7,00 for the Single Room, Euro 10,00 for the Double Room, Euro 15,00 for the Triple Room, Euro 20,00 for the Quadruple Room.

Children reductions:

- Children from 3 to 5 years: 80% reduction on adult's rate;
- Children from 6 to 10 years: 50% reduction on adult's rate.
